During my visit, I made sure to stop by a stall and savour a refreshing glass of freshly squeezed pomegranate juice. And of course, a visit to this incredible location wouldn’t be complete without indulging in the homemade local ice cream flavours.

Whenever I find myself in Kuala Lumpur City, Bukit Bintang is always my preferred choice for accommodation.

In May 2024 I stayed at “Stay with Bintang” a centrally located hotel in Changkat Bukit Bintang. The central location of this establishment makes it ideal for visitors planning to stay in the heart of the action as most of the clubs and bars are within walking distance of the hotel. Jalan Alor is located at a two-minute walk from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel if seeking reasonably priced accommodation in Bukit Bintang.

Two of my top picks for accommodations in Kuala Lumpur are the Parkroyal Serviced Apartments and the charming Hotel Mesui, a budget boutique hotel conveniently situated near Changkat Bukit Bintang and Jalan Alor.
